MNSi Telecom Continues its 23-Year Tradition of Not Raising Prices

WINDSOR, ON (October 1, 2018) - Today, as other telecommunication service providers are raising rates and offering less, MNSi Telecom is dropping its prices and increasing the speeds on many of its Fibre Internet packages, extending its 23-year history of not raising prices for existing customers.

Speeds are increasing by as much as 20Mbps on the download side and can now go as high as 300Mbps on the upload side for power users. Meanwhile, prices are dropping as much as $30 per month on select packages. Existing customers will automatically receive new speeds at no additional cost and customers on select packages might also find a decrease in their monthly bill if it’s available.

“We’re excited to extend our 23-year history of not raising prices by offering new options and lower prices to residents of Windsor, Tecumseh and Lakeshore,” says Clayton Zekelman, owner of MNSi Telecom. “As we continue to build Windsor’s only locally-owned Fibre network, we are able to offer greater speeds and lower prices, not only to new customers, but to existing ones as well.”

As of September 2018, MNSi Telecom can offer Fibre Internet to more than 45,000 homes on more than 1,200 local streets. In the past year, more than 1,500 kilometers of underground fibre cable has been laid by more than 20 construction crews, with an estimated 500,000 man-hours involved – all privately funded by MNSi Telecom.

MNSi Telecom’s new Internet offerings are as follows, with packages now available for as low as $55 per month:

Fibre 120 (120/120) - $75.00
