JOB DESCRIPTION


We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and delivering great customer service. If you’re outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to making every customer interaction a positive one, we’d love to talk to you.

Note: This is NOT a remote role.  You will be required to be in the office.



RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls and emails, and/or assist customers in-person
  • Aid customers with inquiries about our products and services
  • Create new customer accounts
  • Take payments and manage customer billing
  • Perform data entry
  • ...other office related duties as required

EXPERIENCE

  • No experience necessary
  • 2-3 years of previous call centre or customer service experience is ideal 

JOB TYPE

  • Full-time, Permanent

COMPENSATION

  • $40,000 - $50,000
  • Compensation based on experience & qualifications
