"Pink Pasta Night" 2006 - ABOK donated $5,000 to the Breast Health Centre, Windsor Regional Hospital, Met Campus.  Dr. Winston Ramsewak, Medical Director of the Centre accepted the cheque.   A special presentation was also made by Orange Crush/Blue Crush - the Junior ABreast Or Knot team donated $200 to support the Breast Health Centre.

ABREAST OR KNOT DRAGON BOAT TEAM ROWS FULL STEAM AHEAD!

 The ABreast Or Knot Dragon Boat Team continues to host events on behalf of their fundraising efforts to support women requiring diagnosis.  Lead by Tammi Szabo, the team has traveled the globe racing against other Dragon Boats teams.  They recently held a Pasta Night at the Fogular Furlan Club in support of their efforts with some of the proceeds donated to the Breast Health Centre at the Met Campus.

On May 2, 2007, the members of the “A Breast or Knot” Dragonboat Team traveled to Miami Beach for the Miami Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival races, held on Saturday, May 5, 2007. The team joined in the kick-off party on May 3 at the Mandarin Oriental Centre in Miami. The food, beverages and silent auction items were donated by the Chinese and Miami business community.
