CAR AND TEAM INFORMATION

Car: 1998 Monte Carlo
Engine: 355 cubic inch small block Chevy  The car has been a race car for 10 years. It started out as a 75 Chevelle hubcaps and all. When I bought it, it was a 2 year old Dirt street stock, I ran it on dirt for 3 seasons with great success , 1992 points champion- 1993 2nd in points. This car has seen some track time I ran twice a week for one season and the first owner ran twice a week as well. When I decided to race at Flatrock it was more a bomber car than a street stock I recall the tech lane also mentioning that as well, coming from dirt the only way I could get it to work was having it weigh #3675 pounds somewhere between a big Chrysler and a bus. After giving some thought to a new chassis I decided to keep the one I have after all this is street stock racing it's just getting broke in. Look for my same car back next season or until it's unrepairable.
