Description:
These guys were formed in Guelph, this is their third album. King Cobb Steelie have never really gotten much recognition from Canada. This is their third cd, they are a really talented bunch of musician's who write really great songs. They released one single on this cd Rational it got a lot of airplay on MuchMusic when it first came out, but I haven't seen it or heard it anywhere for a couple of years. The guitar work on this cd is really impressive, not really solo wise but a lot of the rhythms they do are really creative, a drowned with delay, which makes their music even more interesting. These guys aren't really your normal Canadian rock band, they are far from it, they kind of do what The Tea Party did on Transmission but a lot more, they're kind of like an eighties techno band, mixed with Trent Reznor and Tea Party's Transmission cd.
