Our mission is to make our aerobic program the finest
available, always keeping in mind the needs of our members.
Here at Lifestyle Family Fitness we offer aerobics for all
levels of fitness. Consult with an instructor to help you
decide which class would suits your fitness needs. Take
part in the program to really enhance and vitalize your
fitness regimen.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Beginner Step- A great new starter to learn basic step movements and
technique. It is recommended to attend at least 15
beginner step classes before going to advanced step.
Cardio Blast(hi/lo)- This total body workout class promises just
enough bounce to get the heart rate pumping and your body moving!
B.L.T.- Shape up your buns... legs... and thighs...!! It gaurantees
to shape, tighten, tone all the right places.
Awesome Abs- A finishing touch that focuses on the
abdominals only.
Super Step- An excellent advanced step class that will challenge you with high
intensity and advanced combinations.
Double Step- Two steps are better than one! A challenge for advanced participants.
Boxercise- Sport boxercise is designed to teach and challenge some of the fundamentals
and physical demands of boxing while giving an excellent cardio workout.
Get ready to rumble!!
Low Impact- The combinations and movements will keep you
moving! It will improve your cardiovascular fitness and
without stress to the joints and back!
New Body- Great demand on total body and challenging upper body
conditioning. Fat-burning is emphasized.
