RENTAL POLICY AND REGULATIONS

Hall Rentals:

Main Salon

125 people or less                                                 $ 300

125 - 200 people                                                   $ 150.00

200 or more people                                       NO CHARGE

There is a  $300.00 deposit required upon reservation of the main salon.  This deposit is non refundable.

Wedding ceremonies may also be performed in the hall for an additional charge of  $75.00 with hall rental.

50% of the anticipated bill is due and payable to the Knights of Columbus 10 days prior to the scheduled function.  The balance is due the morning of the event.  We accept Cash, Cheque, Master Card, Visa and Debit.

Salon B                                                   

         Seating for up to 75 people                               $ 150.00

Ideal setting for private parties, receptions, birthdays, anniversaries etc.

No food other than cake or pizza may be brought in after the kitchen is closed  from Monday to Saturday at 10 PM.

Lounge

There will not be a charge for the use of the lounge as this is the members area and will not be closed for parties. Exceptions can be made for a funeral lunch in the morning or early afternoon. If a group wants to gather in the Lounge we will attempt to reserve an area for them. As with Salon B, no food other than cake or pizza may be brought in after the kitchen is closed at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

For funeral lunches, a minimum of 30 meals must be charged.

Other Services:

Hall Set up                                                    NO CHARGE

            All tables, chairs and place setting

              All linens included at no extra charge (min. $16.00 meal)

              Head table skirting and set up included

            If staging is required and head table set up is not chosen

              there is a charge of   $ 50.00

Hall decorating is done after 10:30 a.m. the day of the event.  Exceptions can be made if the hall is available Friday night.

Head Table Set Up                                           $ 300.00

Up to six lighted columns with floral decorations

Table skirting and floral for up to 14 people

Staging available for tiered wedding parties

Beverage Service:

Client Bar                                                 $ 7.50/person

               Bartenders, juice and dispersal materials provided

               Valid LCBO Liquor Licence is required

               Bride and groom provide all alcohol and liquor

An additional $ 3.00 per bottle for wine dispensing will be added to the bill.

The LCBO Permit must be purchased in Canada and not at a duty free shop.
