Bro. Jeff and Lynn Boismier
Brother
Jeff and Lynn were married on August 12, 1989 at St. Thomas the Apostle
Church in Windsor. Jeff has been employed at Daimler Chrysler for over 20
years. Lynn has been busy staying home and caring for their 2 children.
FAMILY MEMBERS:
Lindsay
(10) is a grade 5 student at St. Christopher SchooL She enjoys playing
basketball and soccer.
Dylan (9)
also attends to St. Christopher School where he is in grade 4. His
favourite sports are hockey and soccer.
PARISH INVOLVEMENT:
The
Boismier Family are parishioners at St. Christopher's. They have been
attending that church for 9 years now.
COUNCIL INVOLVEMENT:
Brother Jeff became a Knight
of Columbus in March of 1989. His past involvements include Inside Guard,
Warden, Squire Counselor and the bowling league. He is presently an active
Outside Guard, a member of the 2nd.
degree team for the
past 10 years, Board member of the Building Corporation, sells newspapers
for the Goodfellows paper drive, deals at Vegas Nights and plays in the
golf league. In addition, Lynn and Lindsay are members of the Kids Clown
Toupe. As a family, they attend the Knights of Columbus Family Picnic, the
Children's Christmas Party, the Fish Fries and the Rib & Chicken Dinners.
LEISURE/FAMILY ACTIVITIES:
Together, the Boismier's
enjoy camping, bike riding and
visiting
Point Pelee. They are avid Spitfires fans being season ticket holders.
Jeff and Lynn are also involved with the various sports teams that their
children belong to by helping out with coaching tasks.
We are
ecstatic to have Jeff Boismier and his family involved with our Council.
The membership of 4924 are pleased to have this family honoured with the
Family of The Month for April 2003.
