One Click App Killer With this very small utility you can kill your frozen programs with one click. For example when you double-click on a program's icon, the target-like cursor will show-up. AutoShutDown is a small simple tool I made for myself. I made it so I could close my computer at a certain time. For example if I am downloading something, and it will be done in an hour. And I will not be home for the next 6 hours, I would set the computer to close in 1½ hours maybe. It would be a waste to have the computer running an extra 4½ hours doing nothing. I like to put music on before I go to sleep; I then set the computer to close at 3 a clock. Then the computer will not be running all night if/when I fall a sleep. Windows XP already had a program like that; shutdown.exe but the graphical interface is not that good, and it was missing some of the feature I would like. AutoShutDown uses shutdown.exe, it’s like and alternative graphical interface with more useful features, I think anyway.

minivol is an icon sized volume control that can be placed anywhere on your computer
screen. It will remain on top of most running applications and remembers the last position
where it was placed so it returns to that position when it is next started.
Because of its small size it remains relatively inconspicuous on the screen and doesn't
intrude on whatever you are doing. It is especially useful while you are surfing the web
or running audio applications.
