CARGOS HANDLED:
Morterm Limited has extensive experience in handling steel (coil, plate, slabs, structurals, wire rod, billets, etc.), fluorspar in bulk, project cargos including heavy lift and containers.

OUTSIDE STORAGE:
The premises comprise some 92 acres (37.2 ha) and there is some 50 acres (20.2 ha) available for storage of up to 350,000 tons of steel.
RAIL CONNECTIONS:

BERTHING CAPABILITY:
Morterm Limited can accommodate any vessels operating in the St. Lawrence Seaway system.

HANDLING EQUIPMENT:
Craneage up to 225 Net Ton capacity, steel handling lift trucks up to 62,000 lbs. capacity, assorted smaller capacity lift trucks, clamming equipment and all standard stevedoring gear.

INSIDE STORAGE:
There is 155,000 ft.2 (14,399m2) of warehousing space in four buildings including a recently completed state-of-the-art, climate controlled warehouse for high-value added steel products.
ROAD CONNECTIONS:
Located immediately adjacent to the E.C. Row Expressway, road traffic has quick access to the Ontario 401 highway network and the Ambassador Bridge to Detroit, Michigan and the U.S. Interstate highway system lies some 5 miles (8.1 kms) away.
