MARINE EVENTS The Port of Windsor is the location of many marine events some of which are shared with the Port of Detroit. Events are diverse including the many activities of the International Freedom Festival, sail and canoe events, and even "Rubber Duck" races to raise money for charities. Except with the written permission of the Windsor Port Authority, and subject to such conditions as the Windsor Port Authority may prescribe therein, no person shall organize or participate in any yacht or boat race or other aquatic sport in the Harbour.
