ABOVE DO
HEREBY AGREE: THAT ALL VESSELS INVOLVED SHALL BE SEAWORTHY,
SHALL COMPLY WITH CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS FOR SMALL VESSELS
AND SHALL MEET ALL EQUIPMENT AND OPERATING
REQUIREMENTS FOR
PLEASURE CRAFT AS REQUIRED BY THE SMALL VESSEL REGULATIONS;
AND THAT WE DO HEREBY RELEASE AND AGREE THE WINDSOR PORT
AUTHORITY SHALL IN NO WAY BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGE, INJURY, ACCIDENT, OR LOSS RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN
THIS EVENT.
THE UNDERSIGNED HAS FULL AUTHORITY TO REPRESENT THE SPONSORING ORGANIZATION:

the written permission of the Authority
and
subject to such conditions as the Authority may prescribe therein, no
person shall orgaize or participate
in any
yacht or boat race or other aquatic sport in the harbour.
