Instructions on downloading (You must have the WinZip program)
1. Down load to a temporary directory.
2. Unzip the file into the temporary directory.
3. Use your Windows Explorer and go to the temporary directory
4. Double click with the left mouse button on the Setup.exe program to install Eagle EditPlot.
