  Short term counseling and intervention for adults, children and teens facing difficulties or crisis.

  Women's and children's groups available as need arises. Issues such anger, stress, self-esteem and addictions will explored.
  
• Advocacy, Information and Referral
  Assistance with Ontario Works, Disability Pension, as well as information and referrals for other services and programs.
