Princess Party Tips
The following tips have been prepared to help you plan and host your Princess Party.
With the exception of “Taking Pictures” these are not the letter of the law. However, parents have
found these to be useful in planning and hosting their parties.
Outdoor Parties: Princess Parties will only be hosted at indoor parties. Princess Parties are presented only indoors -to avoid soiling the costumes- and will not be presented if your party is outdoors. Please make arrangements to have your party moved indoors- even in good weather- once your party maker has arrived
Number of Guests: Please confirm the number of children who will be attending your party so we may bring an accurate number of costumes for girls and boys.
Recruit Help: Do not leave children alone with your Princess Party Maker. Recruit a Grandma, Grandpa, husbands, aunts, uncles, parents of the guests or zoo keepers to help you at your party. However, please try to keep adult conversations down to a dull roar.
Party Area: A space big enough to allow the children to sit on the floor (chairs are not necessary) is needed. Please pick up or hide toys and presents from this space. During any children’s party, move valuable and breakable items out of reach and sight.
Food and Candy: Keep food and drinks away from the area you have designated for your Princess Party. We ask that children do not eat or drink while in their Princess Party costumes to avoid damaging the costumes. Serving food at one table in one setting will lessen the threat of choking.
Taking Pictures: You may take pictures or videos of your Princess Party Maker and your guests during your party. These pictures may only be used for your personal archive. Use of these pictures or videos for any other purpose requires the written consent of CLaroL the CLown and/or her representative.
Party Bags: If you are supplying loot bags or blow horns, hand them out at the end of the party. Tiny treasures will not get lost or broken, and more importantly you won’t go prematurely deaf. Please inquire about Princess Party Bag Service.
Glitter Alert: During your Princess Party your Princess and your guests will be making their own magic wand with “Fairy Dust”. We will endeavor to keep the glitter to a minimum- but you know Princesses! They love anything that glitters!!
