Party Tips
Over the past 15 years of performing at birthday parties, CLaroL the CLown has gathered a few tips to help the party planning host. However, the most important tip she can offer to any parent, is to have fun at your party and enjoy the celebration of the presence of your child.
In case this doesn't put your mind at ease, here are some tips to help your party run a little more smoothly.
To book your party please call (519) 948-8634. Bookings are not taken via the internet.

Party Tips
u Don't be a hero! Solicit the help of a friend, parent, grandparent, or a zoo keeper to keep your party fun, and safe. Do not put older brothers or sisters (unless they are 18 years of age or older) in charge of hosting or facilitating your party.
u Do not leave children unattended without a responsible adult (18 years of age or older), even if CLaroL the CLown is in the party room.
u It's a party! Have fun, enjoy, and don't let little social indescrepancies bother you. Now is not the time or place to discipline.
u If you invite them they will come! So don't invite 50 children/guest an expect only 10 to show up.
u Invite a number of children/guests you think you can accomodate in your home/space.
u Invite a number of children/guests that you think you can personally handle before or after CLaroL the CLown has attended your party.
u Have alternate indoor plans in case of rain or extreme heat (85+degrees). If there is no shade or it is inclement, move your party into a basement, garage or air conditioned room. Your guests will be better behaved if they are comfortable. Please keep in mind CLaroL is in 3 layers of costume.
u Keep food or drinks in open containers away from the area you have designated for your party/play area. Serving food at one table in one sitting will lessen the threat of a child choking and will be less abusive on your carpets.
u If you are supplying goodie bags or blow horns, hand them out at the end of your party. In doing so, tiny treasures will not get lost or broken & more importantly you won't go prematurely deaf!
u Take any group photos at the beginning of your party or as CLaroL arrives. Children are more likely to sit still for a picture at the beginning of the party.
