MNSi is proud to offer our Home Phone Bundle. This service combines several services (Telephone, Long Distance, High Speed Internet) into one comprehensive package for only $59.95/month + HST.

What services do you include?

The MNSi Home Phone Bundle combines local residential telephone service, long distance, and high-speed Internet (DSL) into one service and price. The phone service is the traditional Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS), similar to your traditional local telephone company -- not VOIP over the Internet.

This service includes (with no additional cost):

  • Voice Mail
  • Caller ID
  • Call Waiting
  • 250 minutes of North America long distance per month (not including Mexico or Alaska)
  • Web interface for voice mail playback and self-configuration

The Internet service includes:

  • High Speed Internet (Up to 7 mbps, Unlimited - No Caps)
  • Email account with webmail and spam and virus blocking
Where is this available?

The MNSi Home Phone Bundle is available in select areas of:

  • Windsor
  • Chatham
  • London
  • Tecumseh
  • Lasalle
  • Sarnia
  • Kitchener

How long does it take to get service?

This depends on your current circumstances. The absolute minimum is 5 business days for activation. However, your current phone provider will probably charge you to the end of your billing period. To prevent you paying both companies for service, we set up the service 30 days in the future.

Are there any activation or installation fees?

Activation is free if you're moving your phone number from another wire-line carrier (Bell, Cogeco). New activation (a new number without pre-existing phone provider) is $50 (non-refundable). Installation is free. We have field technicians for set-up and troubleshooting. We'll make sure your phone and Internet are working on at least one internal jack. Other jacks shouldn't be a problem unless additional wiring or equipment is required, which would be a billable cost depending on time and materials.

Can I keep my telephone number?

You can keep your phone number if you are switching from Bell Canada Residential service or Cogeco. We can also port your number from companies such as Primus and Rogers (and MORE, please contact us to be sure). There is no cost. We do this automatically. You must let us do it. DO NOT CANCEL with your previous phone company. If you do, you will lose your phone number.

Is my home business eligible for this deal?

This varies on location. Please contact our office for information and business prices.

How do I sign up?

Please contact our office. We accept only automatic payment from a bank account PAP, Visa or Mastercard. We never invoice residential accounts.

How do I cancel?

As with all MNSi services, please provide 30 days written notice. Any paid activation or move fees are non-refundable.

How do I move?

Please Contact Customer Service.

You must inform us when you move. To avoid interruption, please provide at least five business days for the new address validation. Non-refundable move fees may be applied.
