| Customer Support Representative (CSR) |
Applicant must be highly motivated and possess excellent problem solving abilities. A successful applicant must be willing to work in a 24 hour department.

| General Knowledge: |
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner required.
- Previous experience in sales a plus.
- Must have a firm grasp of computer technology and networking.

| Software Knowledge required in: |
- Various web browsers (including Internet Explorer and Netscape)
- Basic web protocols (HTTP, FTP, etc)
- Windows (all versions), Macintosh (a plus), and TCP/IP (Dial up Networking).

| Hardware Knowledge required in: |
- General computer hardware
- Modems and Interrupt settings
