Alcatel Speed Touch USB - Installation Instructions

 Alcatel's USB-based ADSL modem is not normally distributed by mDirect; it's 
generally reserved for customers whose computers provide no alternatives for 
an Ethernet or PCI interface. When installing this modem, be sure to run 
setup.exe (The SpeedTouchUSB.exe file extracts to c:\mdirect\SpeedTouchUSB\setup) 
to install the USB software before connecting the modem to your computer. This 
will ensure that all the correct software and drivers are available when Windows 
detects new hardware.

From this point, the process is automated by Windows: simply restart the 
computer after installing the mDirect 300 software, and you're ready to go.
