The following are our normal dial-up numbers. To ensure the best connection, please use the correct number.
- v.90/x2 - For 56k modems with either v.90 or x2 capabilities (x2 is most commonly found on US Robotics modems). Modems slower than 56k should also dial this number.
- v.90/kFlex - Any other 56k modem.
- v.34 - A pre-56k standard for modem communication. If you are having difficulties connecting with a 56k modem and you suspect the problem to be driver- or firmware-related, you can use this number to establish a connection while you look for upgrades.
- ISDN - Integrated Services Digital Network. Use this line only if you have an ISDN modem and digital line.

As of January 18, 2000, MNSi now provides local dial-up numbers in other major city-centres in Canada. These lines support both v.90 and kFlex 56k protocols.
Important: If you are dialing one of these numbers briefly, you must login with idm/mnsi/<user>@mnsi.net or if you are connecting from that location permanently idm/mgn/<user>@mnsi.net. |
